How do I change album Maximum Picture Dimensions

Yes I am looking for how to change the Album Maximum Picture Dimensions I do not see it in the User Profile: Album Options. I know its most likely editting a file or something I just need to know which one and where do I edit. Thank you for any help you can provide.
