Export style and plugins as product?

I have created a product and assigned plugins to it easily enough

But how do I assign a whole STYLE to this product, so that I can export and import the product on my live server, therefore getting all the plugins as well as this new style?

You export them separately. Export all your products and export your style. Then import them all onto your live site after upgrading.
