Ad rotator at header, left, right and bottom

I have adpeeps ad rotator and would like to add ads to my header, left, right and bottom of my forum. Can entire forum be included in a table or form (as in middle of picture below). I hear bad things about forms so I don’t use them. Maybe a table could be added to the main page forum regenerates in, and I could put my ads there.

Without being able to see the actual site, it looks like this has all be added via frames. However everything show, with the exception of the left and right column, can be added using the Advertisement Templates for those areas.

Changed my mind. I am working with vbadvanced (http://www.vbadvanced.com/) vBadvanced CMPS Portal System.
