This is a old style, but by request, I've updated it to vBulletin 3.8.0 Gold. Enjoy!

not trying to be smart here, but why not just include 2 xml files, one with the add stuff, one without. I do php every day, but I hate editing templates..

FIrst, can you turn your forum on and see if the corrects the issue. I think the (Your forum is currently offline) might be throwing the layout off. Also, if you could turn on your style selector (make it so visitors can view other styles) so I can see what modifications and links you have in the navbar)

My other thought is, you have a mod that auto inserts a link in the navbar, and it's styling might affect the links.

Let me know when you do so... and I'll have another look.

Thank you.

See my PM. To address this so everyone else knows whats going on... he has a forum that either uses the modification to allow two navbars, or he's hand coded the extra navbar in... basically, if you have 20 navbar links, then this style is obviously not for you as it's fixed width and can only hold so much within the navbar area. Unless you remove the navigation from the header, revert the navbar to it's original form, and then apply the extra navigation items to a second navbar... it's not going to work.

Here you go. This was a old style that I think I lost the psd to, so attached is the thanks button and a PSD for others to use for new buttons that may be required.

Very nice theme, thank you.

I was having problems with the footer 1 and foot 3 files not showing. So I edited the style and removed the references to both of those files. It looked like there was a table row, with with 3 <td>. I left the <td></td> tags in place, and removed the content.

Love the theme, going to test it now. Only thing is, is it possible to make it fluid width?

Thanks!

OK here's a stupid question. Many of my members like the style. But they would like to see the font darker in the posts. Where do I need to go to to changes this from a gray to black?

Thanks

So this will work with 3.8.1?

Edit the xml file and change the version to 3.8.1 and it will load.

<style name="Red Bar" vbversion="3.8.1" product="vbulletin" type="custom">

I found the footer1, footer2, and footer3 image links were wrong. I had to add images/ to the redbar/images/footerx.jpg lines.

This is my first skin to install, so maybe I just did something wrong, but now I don't have broken links for the images at the bottom of the page.

In the AdminCP under styleVARS, change the width of the style to 100%

Edit the header template, and find this line:

<table border="0" width="964" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">

And change the width to "100%" from 964

That should make this a fluid style.
