Help with adding Descriptions

I want to add the Forum Descriptions to my forums but don't know how. See how the title is shown for this forum within the forum as well - that's what I want to do with my forums.

Can someone help me please - what code do I need to look for, what to change, etc etc.

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) > Enable Forum Description > Yes
