Default post BBCode (User options)

Is there anyway to change my text color? Usually, like on News or Salvation its in the CP < Options, but its not there on here.


I dunno either... How can I turn this on for usergroups? Which setting would it be?

So... Gonna necro this. Basically, I'm still looking for a good version of this (the one you linked me to is really not that great, no offense to the producer). I asked on a site that has it, and they gave me this:
