Where Do You Set Smiley Box Settings??

I have a lot of emoticons on my forum. The users love them, but want to have the most commonly used ones in the preview box that is located by the reply box when submitting a reply.

How do you control which smileys are displayed in that smiley preview box??

Right now, vBulletin is picking them randomly.

Set their display order. Whichever ones have a lower number will show up in the preview box.
