Help Me..Downloads 2 Problem

Hii Im runing Vb 3.7.4 patch level 1
im using downloads 2 and CMPS...also i have download 2 CMPS add-on

but there s something wrong with it i cant put comments on my download files...something wrong..somebody help meeeeeeee
