RSS Feeds Export for the Forum - RSS Of Newest Topics

I haven't really found any topics about this yet....

How do I make a RSS Feed Export system that makes a rss for my forum? So that you can view a feed of the newest topics, etc.

All I have found so far is RSS import.

Any Help appreciated :)
