They are .gif, matted and sized @ 125px/28px. I've included the off-gray bg that I use as well as black, white, and even the stock VB background. The admin, global mod, moderator, and senior member images are animated. An example of this can be seen within the screenshot(s).

my vip members have orange color (mean usernames and this usergroup is also orange color) --- maybe you can use orange or gold color ... it is up to you ...and if you can made for super moderator - because on my vbulletin i have not global moderator ?

I'm going to assume you have uploaded the ranks to the correct folder and adjusted your user rank manager to render the new images. (IE: using the correct file path)
Try this... Go to your ACP, Maintenance>update counters>Update User Titles and Ranks.
You should see your new ranks, if not let me know and we'll get it sorted.

Ok, lets go back a bit...

When you access your "User Ranks" in the ACP. Enter the user rank manager. Do you see the new images? They should be associated to Reg members, mods, admins, etc? If not, it's very possible that the images were not defined properly within the "add new user rank" screen (link is located directly below the "user rank manager".

That is why they won't show, because they aren't defined. Uploading the images to the folder is only the first step. You need to input some rank info and define which rank is shown for which usergroup or "X" amounts of post.

I'm not 100% sure I understand the question...but I think you may have your ranks "stacked" for that particular user group. Ah yes, I know what you are saying. In this particular image pack, I used the animation window of PS CS3. At the top...click "window" and a drop down menu will appear, click "animations". You should see a new menu appear on your lower screen, detailing your first still frame. In your layers window, you should see a little eye beside some of the layers. Those are the ones in view. You can select which layers you would like to see in each still frame. What I do is simply set my first frame up w/the layers I would like to see IE:LED highlight, then select a new animation frame and choose the layers IE: turn off the previous LED highlight and turn on the next one above I want to see in that frame, etc, etc and so on. Don't forget to "save as web device".

These are really nice. However, the Moderator image for white backgrounds skips a light...may be it's skipping a frame.

The images you have with a white background for Admin, Global Moderators, Moderators (after fixing skipped frame) are fine...but the one for Sr. Member...can that be changed for Elite Member?

Also...from Newbie to Suoer Member can use the regular Member images...just need the text done. I'm not sure if my members will like them...but they sure have caught my eye. I'm just trying to find something to jazz up the dull rank images I made.

As you can probably tell...I'm definitely not a graphics artist.

I checked out your community, and I do agree, your theme and these ranks are almost directly opposite. You are running squared corners, and no italics, etc. You have a mod that displays a finished edged "rank" directly below where user ranks are displayed which would probably add to mismatch. I do agree as well and see what you are saying, these ranks might look a little out of place.
You need a straight edged, professional rank with a little flash.

Typically, a transparent background and .GIF's don't play well together. The outer edging tends to look rough. I will see if I can get your alt (Pink VIP) tonight Dale.
