Advertisement spots have been styled with CSS for best positioning. Replace All Google Adsense Code with your own, or similar size ad code. For best results, do not remove the <div> tags surounding the ad code.
To Remove Advertisements, you simply go to the ADMINCP - > Style Manager - > Edit this styles templates - >
Revert all Ad location Templates to the default vBulletin value, or if you would like to use your own ads in place of the sample ads, edit each ad location template and replace the ad code with your own.
That's actually good that you commented them and didn't remove them, as when you go bad later, if you decide to run ads, you will still have the styling for them.
And thanks Brandon. You have my permission to place these on vBulletinSetup.com as usual. Just please direct support here.

Are we allowed to replace the blue backgrounds with something else?

Sure you can modify it to suit your needs so long as you keep the copyright intact and don't redistribute it.

Would be nice if you would include the .png of the logo, so we could edit it as well.
When you recreate a logo, it messes with the gradients/curves in the background. So in essence you have to recreate the entire banner.
Unless I'm missing something?

I guess it depends on your level of expertise. I'll add the logo separate in a little bit.

I guess, lol.
I don't understand how you can separate text from the background if it's in .jpg form?
Would be great if you wouldn't mind.
Thanks.

The additional FAQ link has been removed from the package and a layered logo file has been added called c1_02.psd. This should make changing your logo a snap.
Enjoy and thanks for the comments.

SassySue, You surely have done something besides install a skin to down your forum. Call it coincidence, but I'm thinking you have either moved, or deleted something. Don't blame it on importing a style because that's not the cause of it. If you would like me to have a look see, and help you with your problem. Just pm me.
I looked at a few things just from the browser side, and you have moved or deleted something... No where in my instructions did I say "Move or Delete".. shoot me a PM.

c1_01.jpg and c1_05.jpg are the left and right border image files. You would have to resize the width of these to make the page expand fully to the browse's edge.

First, Please mark as installed if you would like support. and Second, how many accounts do you have, or is it just coincidence that two people in this thread have member names that start with Scorpion??? The post before yours explains what you are asking.

You are using vb 3.8 right ? Did you reverted all templates ? If yes then try disabling new vb adsense feature!
Okay, thanks. But how can i remove this ad?

Hello,
I'm trying to install this as a new style since when I asked in the 3.7 style thread a few weeks or months ago I was told that uploading the new style means I'd lose my edits. I'd like to install this as a new style "Curves 3.8". Is that possible? It's saying no since I already have curves installed. This way I can install and edit this style behind the scenes and let the site continue running on the 3.7 style until I'm ready to switch to the new style. Have I lost my mind? Did that make sense? Thanks!

You can install, but just before uploading the xml style, make sure from the drop down it says create new style and name it something else in title box...also check ignore version if you are using vb 3.8.1.
I myself use 2 versions of same theme on same forum.

Hi, thanks for the style.
However, I cannot locate a blank PSD for the logo. The PSD includes has Wrestling Clique which obviously is not easy to lift off..
Does anybody have the psd (c1_02) blank i.e. with the patterned background but no wrestling clique written on it?
Thanks, Rob.

I really like this style. Very clean and classic. Well done, Mark!
Question from a VERY new vBulletin user:
I see in your demo that you have "Register", "FAQ" and "CAlendar" and nothing more. Does this mean that if I install this style, those would be the only options? Or would it be tailored to what I currently have?
Again, my apologize for this rookie question! :)

Very nice skin, you don't see many done to this level of professionalism without paying. I like how easy it is to make your own logo with the PSD. Thanks.

This is probably a dumb question, but... in your screen shot, it shows the profile info of the poster along the left-side of the message, but on this board (and mine), the profile info of the posters is from side-to-side, above the messages/threads. Is there a setting somewhere that makes it like your screen shot? I'm fairly new to vB, so I'm hoping there's a setting to get the posts to line up like your screen shot instead of how they are on this board and mine.
A second question: Do smilies/avatars have to be uploaded to each and every style? That seems like a huge waste of space. Some styles don't have a smilies/avatar folder, so how are they reading it from the default style? Is there a way to get all styles to read those from the default style??
