I can't remember the mod but it was for 3.7

It added a second nav bar with more links.

Search for navbar, all mods, title only.

Nope, I've done that. It came under something else though which had some sort of customised greeting too. Can't seem to find it in appropriate searches.

Edit: It was Ultimate Navbar and is in the graveyard :(
