Is the transformation smooth?

The transformation from 3.7.4 - 3.8.0 is it smooth? Or have people been running into a lot of problems?

We are debating if we want to upgrade to 3.8 right now... I sorta wanna get it over with, but if its going to cause us a headache, I don't know...

Who has had no problems at all with this? Whats the trick? hehe...

One of my forum sites (the most important one) is now broken...
Installer thinks 3.8 was installed.
vB AdminCP thinks its still running 3.7.4

Forum doesn't work.

First time an upgrade has not worked for me. I manage 3 vB sites.
