How do I prevent a forum section's thread from bumping?

I was wanting to make a whole forum section's thread's posts not bump at all, no matter if replies comes in and etc.

The threads just stay accodring to the time they were posted.

I run 3.7, unsure if this is a mod thing or a vbulletin thing.

Change the forum display sort order in Forum Manager > select forum to edit > Default Sort Field > thread start time
