Ban Alert System

It would be nice to have a system that everytime someone is banned, a thread [or post] is posted in a certain moderator only area of the forum, just to keep a record. Is there anything like this already?

Admin CP > User Infractions & Post Reporting Options > User Infraction Discussion Forum

I believe that will do what you want, unless you do not want to use the infraction system.

I have that set up, but I mean when someone goes into the admin/mod panel and bans a user. To have a thread show up then.

Just instruct your staff to always ban using an infraction.
