Thread preview functions

I've only seen this on one forum...but I'm looking to start my own...

some call them tool tips some call it rollover preview...It's when your cursor hovers over a thread title...

If I buy the VB software to start my site...will this be an available feature?

I want this...and not the weak 5 second preview box that I see on most sites including this one...

It is not a feature available with the default vb forum software.

is it a 3rd party option i will have to look into purchasing in addition to v bulletin?

If so what company is it through...I need to get all my financial obligations on paper and if this is one of them, then I need to know the purchase price of the add on and how much any lasting/yearly tech support will cost me...

The tooltip text is what is used on a lot of web software including vBulletin. The time a tooltip is displayed is not controlled by the software, but by settings on the client browser.

I can not see the screenshot you posted, so i am not sure what you are exactly asking for, but you might be able to find a modification already released (all that is released on our site is available free of charge). If none is readily available then our licensed members can post either a free or paid request to find a coder who can create such a modification.
