i havent sleep yesterday night because fo this.
it drives me crazy.
i have windows server and vbulletin 3.7.3 running.
i have installed zoints seo.
and i also purchased micronovae ISS Mod Rewrite (http://www.micronovae.com/ModRewrite/Download.html) and istalled on my server.
but now i do not know what to do. if anyone knows what to do to make it work please help me.
.htaccess looks like this in my ftp :
Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^([a-z0-9_\-]*-(f|all)[0-9]+(p[0-9]+|/index[0-9]*)?\.html)$ forumdisplay.php/$1 [QSA,L]

and i dont know what to do now :(
