q-quote button (partial quote)

Where can I find this mod. I've looked everywhere and simply can't find it.

With this, you highlight only a portion of a post, click the q-quote button and it puts the highlighted text in your post as a quote.

Tried it last night to no avail. Will look at it again this evening.
