trying to find 'trouble ticket' mod

I remember seeing way back when, a mod that 'acted' like a trouble ticket system for vb. Basically it just put 'resolved' or 'not resolved' to the side of the thread title.

Has anyone seen this one?
I've been searching for hours and can't find it.
