Top graphics on frontpage.

I noticed that we have a top mod, template and styles table on the frontpage Any reason why top graphics wasn't added and will there be any plans in adding a top graphics to the frontpage?

No reason other than no one has mentioned it before.

Other than possibly the lack of room, I cant see any reason not to add one the next time I do some changes.
