control emails

is it possible to control all emails(including inactive members notification emails,birthdays & All other ) Like that vbulletin will not send more then 200 or 500 emails in an hour..
or something like that?

You can set it so it sends the emails in batches, as oppose to all at once

try this vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Email Options > Number of Emails to Send Per Batch
