Boxing in quotes

Is there a template I can change to box in my quotes? My first and 2nd alternating color is white, so the quotes don't "box" in with the border correctly.

The quotes are done in the bbcode_quote template. So, you can probably change what you want there.

I just need the quotes to have their correct border around the entire quote. I'm guessing because I'm using the same alternating colors, that's why. I'm hoping the template would fix it, but to what?

Okay, I changed the border to 1 and they worked.

However, I do I change the color of the quote border without effecting the ALT 1 & 2.
