Texteditor controls disappeared - please help

hi & happy new year! :)

how many ways are to disable/enable the
Standart & WYSIWYG Text editor controls?

I've imported threads from another forum into my vB (3.7.4)
and it seems now the texteditor is in "Disable Controls" modus everywhere.

i check the vB options / "Message Posting Interface Options"
and set it all to WYSIWYG ...but that still doesnt change it in the forum.
still no controls.
and it seems this is not controlable per group or forum?

any ideas?

The user has to have it on in their user cp also - user cp > edit options > miscellaneous options > message editor interface

i guess there is no way now to do this globally for all users?

maintenance > execute sql query > select correct option from drop-down > continue

And, you may select it for newly registered users under vboptions > user registration options > message editor interface
