Windows Server and SEO

is it me who is doing wrong or there is no way to make SEO work on windows server.

SEO isn't operating system dependant.

However, if you are using a modification that claims to improve SEO or the sort, it may require .htaccess rules, which may not be supported on certain server configurations.
