Can someone use vbulletin license, one the domain and also on subdomain?
I mean use vbulletin twice, on domain and on sub, example,
DOMAIN.com
and
Forum.DOMAIN.com
Thanks

You are allowed to run 1 instance of vBulletin. For the full text, please see the License Agreement (http://www.vbulletin.com/order/license_agreement.php)

You need 2 licences.
BUT you are allowed to run a test copy as long as you meet the following requirements.
You install in /testvb
It's password protected so public can't access it

You require 2 licenses.
The only way you can do it, is on the main page, have a vBulletin forum, and on a subdomain (called testvb) you can have another one, but it must be locked, and no one can access it. It is only used for you to test modifications, etc.
