Admin CP.. Adding Files

Hey everyone again,
I have another question..

I added the modification: IbProArcade; and inside it, it tells me to upload a file into the admincp.

Where is this file? There are so much files labeled admincp that I'm not sure which one it actually is.

Yes he has it uploaded(hes my friend) but where can we moderate the arcade in the admin cp. because its not in there.

It's already uploaded, but it's not showing up in the administration panel. Did I do something wrong?
