What do you think of it? Does it catch the users attention?
What do you think I could do to improve it's popularity?

1- why vbadvanced without customization whatsoever?!... bland
2- another OffTopic forum without a single target... you have way too much forums, way too much topics, and no specific public...
3- no personalized style for your goal
4- gray default theme, like the gray content... nothing to explode the eyes of the beholder

you have 25 members, do not count any opinion before you hit 500 active members in a quarter... your actual members are contacts you had, they really don't want to bruise you...

It appeared at a glance that it was computer and programming oriented and yet completely bland and another case of more fourms than members.
I rate it a 1- and it needs a lot of work.
