We have two important request for plugın

Plugin: We require all members to enter name and surname in FIELDXX and FIEDXX instead of username. We also want to display name and surname in all plugin forum which are entered in FIELDXX and FIELDDXX. Example:
Name (Field6): Adem
Surmane (field7): GEN?
As you can see from above example, we want to display name and surname as Adem GEN? instead of username.

Please note that all members should log in and log out with their username.

Plugin: The citizenship number which has include 11 numbers will be required in FIELDXX. When the guests complete all required information and press Complete Registration buton then the system should check all information which are entered in FIELDXX like username and email address whether it includes the same information or not, as similarly it should check the citizenship number. Please note that all the information are required for local forum where people normally feel confident provide this kind of information.

You can do this with a New User Profile Field
Admincp / User Profile Fields / Add New User Profile Field

Enter $bbuserinfo[fieldX] where you whant show the real name, add
<if condition="$bbuserinfo[fieldx]">$bbuserinfo[fieldx]</if>

You can see how to add the names here - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=107662&highlight=*name* That mod has just one profile field with the full name, but you can do it your way with two profile fields also (although it seems like it would be easier with one unless you need to separate the two names for some reason).

Sorry, no plugin for this. It's default vbulletin to add the Profile Fields - you can't do that with a plugin. You will have to add the profile fields and then either add the fields manually into the templates, or I suppose you could write a plugin for every page you wish to add the fields and maybe there is a template_hook you can use to add them in. That is the only way you will be able to add the fields automatically to the templates (or a search/replace, but that has it's own problems).

I spent a few minutes playing with this on my test site and I could not get it to work via a plugin. I didn't spend hours, as I probably would if it were my site, but I did look. If you insist on using a plugin, you will have to play with it and just keep trying various things.
