Thanks
I clicked on "deny all" and now everything appears in red. This confirms that no one can post attachements, correct?
They can still copy and past an image onto the page, correct?
And by the way, any pointers how I can Lock "an annoucement" I searched everywhere but nothing.
Thanks a lot.!

You clicked "Deny All" where?
They can still copy and past an image onto the page, correct?
Using the IMG tag is not considered an attachment, so yes.
And by the way, any pointers how I can Lock "an annoucement" I searched everywhere but nothing.
What do you mean by "lock an announcement"?

I clicked "Deny All" in "Attachment Permissions Manager"
Lock or put one of these padlocks on an "Annoucement / Sticky" So that no one else can temper with it edit it. It becomes a read only post
