Does VB have a built in rep system?

I want to have the green reputation system that displays on the postbit section of the forum. Is this built into vbulletin or do I need to install a hack for this?

If so I'd be greatly appreciated if someone can point me to it as I can't find it under "reputation" search.

Admincp --> vbulletin options --> User Reputation Options
