Well im hoping to use my vB as a kind of panel in its own way, Such as a staff forum for people to post news on the site, Like a CMS system. Is there any way i could make a site using vB like how they have a portal ?

there are many ways to do what your after, but we need more info ;)

The portal i want to have like latest site news, polls, Navbar ect...
