User CP always show

Hello everyone, I was wondering if it's possible to always show the User Control Panel for users if they are logged in. :)

Are you talking about the link in the navbar? It is always shown for logged in users.

having the userCP sidebar on all your pages will add 4 queries per pages... i don't think it worth it...

I'm trying to have User CP on all of my pages for logged users. Sorry for being unclear.
