ask your host to install a script that blocks ip's than exceed the normal connection rates.

How do you know it is an attack?
What are the symptoms of this attack?
Where are the details of the database error?

I recently had the same symptoms, and it turned out to be that server had ran out of space, and mysql could not access database

looks like you are getting hit by flooders by someone using a proxy, like i said, ask your host to install a script that autoblocks ip addys that exceed normal connection times.
I deal with attacks like this on a regular basis due to the nature of my forum. I have a few good friends from the clickers group that taught me all about the art of getting in and attacking. i learned how to defend my forums and sites. So if you go with my suggestion, you will prevent most of the attackers scripts. Also i strongly suggest renaming your admincp. rename it to whatever you choose. make sure the name matches the url in your config.php file

@Medtech
Care to explain, based on his information, how you come to that conclusion?
@Mahdi
Sorry but you still don't give any information.
"we have attacks from some where like US"
What attack? How are they attacking? What symptoms?
Just saying "attack" does not help in finding a solution.
Also we will need the real database error message. You can find the error details in teh email sent to your webmaster address or by viewing the source o the error page.
