Users change there names?

Is there any plugin that allows certain usergroups to change there names without admincp ect?

Do a search on "change" or "username" in "all mods" "titles only" and you'll get modifications like this - Username Management - Control who can change Usernames plus history (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=101326&highlight=change)

Do you know if that allows you to choose what usergroups it works with + allow a certain a month / year?

I have no idea since I don't use any modification like that. You'll just have to read the notes and the threads.
