problem urgent!!

One of my members after refreshing was logged out, then when she tried to log back in it said invalid stuff, i changed her pass and told her still didn't work, so whats up?

How am I supposed to take a screenshot of her not being able to log in? and in other questions of mine i have provided less stuff and still gotten a answer that worked.

I have found out it is just on her end. I am able to sign into her account but she isn't.

Tell her to clear her browser cache and also her cookies for the site. Also, if she gets the error again, tell her to either take a snapshot or copy the text to you so you know exactly what error she is getting.
