hello recently i have installed my old forum updated it and installed on selected hacks however i have installed this vbmicrostats to see my server loads and i am quite surprised without any user online my stats are this kindly see screenshot

can someone plz tell me if this normal ? i dun think so if its not how can optimize it however i have now installed vboptimize also but this is still the result

89 queries for any page is not "normal". Most likely, you have a lot of modifications installed, or a modification that does lots of queries.

89 queries my gudness it should really hang you up any moment, just try to list out the modifications you have made so that we could get an idea where you have such a heavy query load

Can u plz help me how can i reduce the query's ? as 2 times mysql died today

Btw how can we check tht wich hack or wich code is creating so much query's ? is their any mod wich can check and tell us wich hack is creating tht much load ? i think their shud be something like this in vb itself kindly help me

Disable the modifications 1by1 and check if the number of queries drops.

Thanks i have figured wich hack was creating this much querys it is "Username HTML Markup" ill not suggest this hack to anyone just by disabling it my 70 querys got reduced .....

It still has 30 installs lol, would go down as soon as people start noticing 80-100 queries.

Marco wut it did was created a single query for every single username and category/forum displayed on the whole index page to show them in their color lol and today i figured out why last time 1 year back my forum was used to that slow bcz i had this hack on it to when i was using 3.6 lol m laughin on myself now

This again shows that it is not important how many modifications you have installed, but how well they are written.
