Bookmark Icon

I'm having a really tough time creating a bookmark icon - it's either too small, I resize it it doesn't even seem to change in size, or it disappears completely, then I finally get something I might be happy with because I can't do anything else, and it doesn't even appear...

Can someone possibly help me Create a bookmark Icon? Nothing really complicated.

Ya, i have a feeling we're talking about the same thing. The little symbol that shows in the URL area - this one currently shows a V an a Blue box.
