Internal Server Error?

Hi everyone , i never had this problem before, so everytime i try to email my members the activation codes or email password reminder, it gives me this error for some reason.

Yesterday i could use this option without any problems and i didn't install anything on the forum.

Any idea how i can resolve this problem ?

I read something about .htaccess but i have no clue how i can find this file to rename it. Anyway maybe the problem i got its diffrent from the other members here at vb website

How do i check the server logs anyway?

lol I just wanted to check first if its from the forum root or the host.
