What's up with this? In the side panel, it shows a gray line, but there really is none. (The background color is that shade of gray...) but I don't see it on the actual image :s

It may be a guideline. Check your layers palette and check for any rogue layers lingering otherwise chances are you included a guideline to the canvas.

Is that not just part of the box that shows you what part of the image is currently on the workspace?

Anyways, it's fixed now. I saved it, closed, and opened, and it was gone. But no, it's not part of the box. Plus, if I moved that center part of the image up like 10px, then the line was gone. I think it just thought there was a blank space there for some reason?

Because that was the exact color of the background too

you will find photoshop likes to do weird things. just remember to save alot as it can do worse things than make a gray line lol
