i am doing some translation for my language and i need to have a website like this page : www.vbulletin.org ! how do i find these mods and skin and downloas and install modifications ?

is it avalable ? where to download or what to do ?

Well if you're referring to the style that vborg uses, it's owned by Princeton (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=925), so you'd need his permission to re-use it.

yes you can, but it will veeery difficult, so I suggest yu for your own good pursuing another venue for your project to speed out...
it's a 'strange' decision that creates too many obstacles...

If your looking for a similiar style to the one here at the org I suggest you first boil the kettle to make a coffee.

Go back to the computer into your admincp add new style, make a few adjustments to the header and footer. Voila your done.

You'll probably still be waiting for the kettle to boil so you may want to post more content and get permission from princeton if the aim of the game is to create a carbon copy of the style(s) here.
