Serious Problem!!!

I have set a member to moderator group but after 5 to 10 minute his user group gets changed to member again....can any one help me please....using VB 3.7.4 PL1

Do you have any plugins installed that deal with the usergroups?
how did you set this user up? step by step

i have installed vBExperience (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=171014#post71).i have set his primary usergroup to moderator and added to forums that he will moderate from forum manager.

Disable the plugins, and try to see if its still resetting.

If not, its a plugin issue, and you should ask for help in the modification thread as i'm sure someone else may have already had the problem.

If it still happens with plugins disabled, let us know

i have disabled that feature and now it seems alright.its been i hour no problem now.cant i use this plugin anymore????

Check the settings for the plugins would be my guess.
