I've got a mess... Posts don't match content

Hi there. Somehow my forum's post table got corrupted so I backed up the rest of the site and then installed the post table from a previous backup of the website. Now however, the posts don't match the content I type! I type up a thread and it displays something from a few days ago. How can I get the content I type to match the threads posted?

You need to restore the entire database - data is cross-referenced everywhere.
