Its a custom made modification. The user who owns tht site is semi active here, you may want to try to contact him at his site, or attempt to find his username here.

I think the user who owns it has the name "logick" here, can't remember for sure though.

With a little GARs template hacking you can get fairly close to the mod you linked to
