I have installed xcache and memcached. My server loads have gone down but my page load time went from .5 high times .2 low times now to 1.4 all the time.
On my forumhome 35.63% PHP - 64.37% MySQL | 0.08 : 0.08 : 0.11 | those are my stats. It goes down slightly on other pages...
I don't know whats going on now
Does anyone have any ideas?

How many queries are on that page? Usually, you should be looking for a 80%/20% PHP/MySQL distribution.

On forumhome I have 22 queries. On showthread my stats are Page generated in 0.41299 seconds (66.84% PHP - 33.16% MySQL) with 18 queries everything is the same before installing xcache and memcahced. It seems like the forum was running faster before.
How would I go about getting that 80%/20%? You look at a site like Ayyas (http://www.ayyas.com/forum.html) that looks like it has no MySQL queries....how do they do that? Is there a way to cache the queries? ...which is what I thought memcached was doing?
Thanks for the reply :)

22 queries is way too much, even if they are relatively quick ones. You most likely have heaps of modifications installed, leading to piles of queries. Install modifications sparingly. Install those that you need.

Well I got it down to 16 on forumhome but that still has my stats at Page generated in 0.38854 seconds (20.41% PHP - 79.59% MySQL) with 16 queries
I'm mostly concerned about that 20/79...the page load has decreased some but I don't have that many people online right now.
Also I really don't have that many mods installed...

Is your server optimized?
Try posting over at vbulletin.com in the Server configuration section: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=14
They're pretty good with getting your server optimized.

Thank you for your replies guys.
I didn't make a post over there but I did read a bunch of the posts and for the most part a lot of the suggestions were the same so I made the changes accordingly and things seem to be much snappier.

If you want the stats, then you need to install it.
