Minimize and maximize button gone in profile

Somehow, I messed up the minimize and maximize button/link that shows in the portlets in the profile page of my site. See the screen shot. I'm not sure where I find the script that is controlling these buttons/links. Any suggestions.

I forgot to mention. Here is what happens....you minimize an information block and then you cannot maximize it back open/to its normal size. Once minimized the link/button is gone.

To find the template - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code.

I still have yet to figure this issue out. Anyone else have this problem?

Did you find the template and then revert it?
