Change Rep Power For Moderators?

hello everyone I would simply like to alter the amount of rep power that my moderators have from 1-7. any idea on how to do this? thanks in advance.

Admin CP --> Users --> Search for Users --> Enter the users name --> Edit their reputation power.

Not sure about yours, but in my admincp 3.7.3 it's not editable.

same here I'm running 3.7.4 and you can't edit it, anyone else know? thanks again
