Emailing Problem through the server some help please!!

Hey guys i have this problem when sending out a group email to my members. Now i have around 500 members and when i go to send them out all together i get like 400 back in my email inbox stating

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

mr_twincam@hotmail.com
Domain cardsdownunder.net.au has exceeded the max emails per hour (200)
allowed. Message discarded.

Is this a vbulletin issue or is it my Web Host?

Talk with your host as they have limited the amount of emails you are allowed to send per hour. Alternaticely, have you tried the "batch email sending" function in vBulletin?

Nope how do i use that function?

It is located in vBulletin Options (probably under something like "Email Options").
