Help Building Board

I contacted vBulletin through phone and they referred me here for what I am looking for, although I may be in the wrong thread.?.

They told me there would be a classified forum where people would offer services in building a board for me. I am wanting a bodybuilding board, instead of me just purchasing license and try to attempt to do add ons myself I was hopeing someone could do it all and then just hand over the admin password. I am aware that the actual board building I do after but this is what I would like:

1) The full license
2) Greenfox skin v.3.7.4
3) A shoutbox added at the top of page where members can chat openly
4) A counter at the bottom showing active members online

Can anyone please guide me in the direction where someone could do this for me for 1 price? I was told by a friend that this is what he had done.

You should purchase the license yourself and then you will have access to the Paid Services Forum (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30), which you can make your request for modifications.

to answer your questions:

1- there is no classified ads here, someone misinterpreted the situation. You have the Paid Requests forum you can post to when you are a license owner.
2- you can easily find someone to configure your forum once you are licensed, there is a bunch of guys here who do it on a daily basis
3- read the stickies on top of the Paid Services forum, so you are not tricked by a scammer...
