Creating a Streaming Radio Station within vBulletin?

Is there a way I can put a bunch of music files into a directory, and create a section of vBulletin that will treat it as a playlist and play those songs, sort of like a streaming music player?

How do I embed the HTML file they talk about into vBulletin? Or is that where I can use the "Radio and TV Stations" mod?

u can just create a new block in vbadvanced if your using it if not you can create a new HTML template
