Index.php Error

Few days back my site had got hacked and there was no index.php page on my hosting server as the hacker had deleted that page i guess, an another admin on my site uploaded index.php but the problem starts here, Now when i click on HOME the page gets redirected to /index/.php instead of /index.php

Please help how to solve this problem, any kinda help would be appreciated.

Check your configuration options in the vBulletin Options, theres a couple places you can set the name/path to index.php

Make sure there isn't a bad .htaccess in the folder as well.
